4. Credits and Billing

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

• Articles require 10-20 credits depending on word count (700-2200 words)
• Credits from subscription plans are valid for 30 days
• Purchased credits are valid for 1 year
• We offer various pricing plans to accommodate different content needs

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while recognizing the nature of our digital services:

• New customers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase if they have used less than 5% of their purchased credits
• After the initial 7-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable as our services are delivered immediately upon payment
• One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used or added to your account
• Technical issues that prevent service delivery may qualify for partial or full refunds at our discretion
• Refund requests must be submitted through our customer support channel with your account details and reason for the request
• All refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase

6. Content Rights

You retain all rights to the content generated using our service. The content you create is yours to use as you see fit for your business or personal needs.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to generate:

• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Misleading or fraudulent content
• Content that promotes illegal activities
• Content that violates privacy rights or is discriminatory

8. Service Availability

9. Trial Access

Trial access to our services may be provided upon request. Trial terms and features may differ from paid subscription plans.

10. Modifications to Service

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months. We are not responsible for how the generated content is used.
